Champagne Truffle tea
A very popular flavoured black tea with Champagne taste. Give your taste buds a party!
Great for under the Christmas tree or in front of the fire place.
Composition Champagne Truffle tea:
Black tea, Lime, Fruit granules, Rose blossom petals, Aroma.
2 teaspoons 
6-8 teaspoons
3+ min. 
90-100°C
Colour tea after 3 min.
Glühwein Herbs
Mulled wine! We won't tell you the recipe, but we guarantee: this one is the best! Warms you up from the inside.
Composition Glühwein Herbs:
Cinnamon, Citric peel, Star anise, Ginger, Cardamom, Clove, Pieces Vanilla.
Put 750 ml red wine in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Add 2 full tablespoons of Glühwein herbs (approx. 20 gram).
Warm the wine with herbs, but pay attention: it should not boil (wine boils at 72 degrees).
Keep it on slow heat and covered for about 15 min. Strain all the spices and serve instantly hot in a cup.
You could add a shot of brandy or liqueur but, really, the herbs give all the taste you need.
Tip:
If you use T-sac pouches No.2 or No.3 and put the herbs in there, you don't need to filter the wine later on.
