Oolong tea

Oolong tea or Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea. Its tea character is somewhere between green and black tea since Oolong is partially oxidized.
"Oolong" means "Black Dragon" in Chinese.
The dried "Oolong" tea leaves can be recognised easily since they are wrap rolled into small beads.
The dark green tea leaves are least oxidized while the black, curled leaves are the most oxidized types of Oolong.
All our types of Oolong tea, organic
and normal, have been put in a clear overview for you.
The teas that are organic can be recognised by the green and white ECO
logo.

Nepal Himalayan Forbidden Kingdom tea Organic
Nepal Himalayan Forbidden Kingdom tea Organic*
In 2001 in the hills around the small town of Hile, Dhankuta (East Nepal) the brothers Lochan and Bachan started their tea garden. They decided to name the garden Jun Chiyabari, meaning "Moon-lit Tea Garden” in Nepali. The Jun character in Japanese and
Chinese means pure. That character
fittingly embodies the philosophy of the purity of the Himalaya in their teas. The tea plants grow at altitudes between between 1650 and 2200 meters above sea level. The effect of the altitude, bright and warm sunny days but also
cool mountain mists and chilly nights is that the tea is invariably
light and aromatic. A quality tea that is produced with love and attention. The tea tastes sweet and has a creamy mouthfeel, with an intense chocolate aroma.
